A year prior to his full-length debut, east London's very own WONDER teased us with a feature on the 'Redbull Presents: Places Plus Faces' Mixtape -- which welcomed some of the most exciting emerging talent from the UK's grime and hip-hop scene. After developing an aesthetic, WONDER now showcases his first solo project When Lightning Struck. The 7-track EP (produced by MRWIZE) opens with 'Mantra' -- an invite into WONDER's altered state of consciousness. The project continues to boast enigmatic energy, with speaker knocking tracks like 'Graveyard' and 'Hypnotize', both of which hold thick and hazy sounds.
