If Perez Prado had survived the evolution of the genre he created back in the 50's of last century, we are sure he would be proud. Led by the Hispanic - German group The Overhaulin' Street Boys, this new purely juvenile trend, has been developing its ratio of influence in the sophisticated dance floors across Europe. The mambo has been kidnapped by talented musicians, who gave us a renewed vision of this catchy rhythm with strong electronic influences inspired by the original successes then, such as: Mambo No. 5 (Little Bit of ...), Tequila, Mucho Mambo Sway, Mambo Paradiso, Patricia, to name a few.
