Overview- Idris Elba's 'Girl With The Bat' feat. Shadow Boxxer was released in May 2020 and has already amassed 2 million steams. Idris and Shadow previously collaborated on D'Banj single 'Confidential', and now they have collaborated with DJ and electronic music duo Eli & Fur to unveil this 'Girl With The Bat' remix. Idris completed a 2019 residency at Hi in Ibiza and performed his world-wide hit 'Boasty' at Glastonbury and Wireless Festival with Stefflon Don. He recently released a collaboration with The Knocks and Tiggs Da Author entitled 'One Fine Day', a Destructo remix of his 2019 track 'Ballie' with Kah-Lo, and remixes of his track 'On Life' by Jack Back (David Guetta) and Illyus & Barrientos. USA/International- 'Girl With The Bat' is being played internationally on RTE 2FM / (Ireland) Delta 90.3 (Argentina), Studio Brussel (Belgium), Top Radio (Belgium), Hot Radio (France), Radio m2o (Italy), Power Hit Radio (Lithuania), NPO 3FM (Netherlands), George FM / (New Zealand) Live- Idris recently hosted and performed on MTV's Africa Day concert (May 2020). He also played at Defected's virtual festival to an audience of 100K.
