Rich melodies and powerful dynamics make up Maestro Omayela's aesthetic. Strongly influenced by current Rap and RnB, he brings a fresh take to current trends. He contrasts the heartfelt music of a hopeless romantic with pounding productions and beautiful arrangements. Maestro Omayela is Montreal's raw uncut side and is definitely one of the greater talents to come out his city this generation. Maestro grew up and developed his musical character in the streets of Montreal where, guitar in hand, he would busk for hours. While still in middle school it became clear to him that music was his calling. From the sidewalk to the studio he is now in a comfortable place, ready to show the world his work. For the end of 2019, Omayela has a number of releases planned. He's been finessing his sound and cultivating new ideas working on a new project expected to be called Barking Bird
