Following his debut album on Needwant, Age is a Box is back with a stellar remix EP boasting some of the hottest names in electronic music. The original album displayed organic and synthetic textures as well as live instrumentation and digital sounds; deep pensive ambience clashes against lively, upbeat rhythms and heartfelt vocals. This remix album brings these ideas into the club arena with style. The remix EP features tracks from Curses, Sobek, Ian Blevins, Koelle & Sean Brosnan. Berlin based producer Curses remix featured previously in XLR8R and is a moody punk inspired chugger perfect to get a dance floor moving. Sobek who has seen big success so far this year charting regularly on dance stores delivers his superb afro inspired twist to 'Rush'. Needwant label boss Sean Brosnan gives his signature dance twist to 'Our Religion is Truth' giving it dance floor authority.
