A talented wordsmith from Taunton with weaponised lyrics. Inspired by the words of JK Rowling and by the music of Eminem, Marcus (DFifty) wants to use rap to raise awareness of what it's like to live with Aspergers. DFifty is the voice of Aspergers who refuses to be ignored. Rap has given him a voice and a vehicle to express his frustrations, his anger and his dreams and he will be heard. He believes his words will open up the worlds of Aspergers, Gender Fluidity and Depression and bring more diversity to a genre which badly needs it. He is the Doctor Who of rap, so quintessentially English and yet from a world that is Alien to most of us. He travels between different worlds and different genders and his home is wherever he is at any given time, a studio a stage or another dimension entirely where the constant traveller can rest-a-while and play a few mind games. DFifty only has one rule and that is that every rule can be broken on his quest of discovery. Remember he is an Aspie so 'Can be broken' not 'will be broken'. Attention to detail in his words is essential at all times or you will miss the point in a tidal wave of words. Then you will just be collateral damage in his wake. Compassion, Empathy and Patience are not priorities in his life. For DFifty 'being liked' is not essential but 'being heard' most definitely is. In his own words "if you're looking for comfort then call the Samaritans but if you don't know what you're looking for then you are in the right place". David Bowie's 'Ziggy' forever changed rock music. Marcus is about to bring his 'Aspie World ' to rap. You have been warned ! Rap may never be the same again.
