Evergreen is my 3rd EP since I started releasing my own music in 2020 and is a melting pot of African sounds, hip-hop, house, dancehall, and everything in-between. The concept for the EP was based on the idea of staying evergreen - ever-fresh, ever-relevant, and ever-dope with the music, and I created all the music with this in mind. There are strong African elements all over the project mixed in with some of my early childhood dancehall influences. Evergreen has exciting features from all over Africa in Chengeto Mayowe, Donne, MJ Wemoto, Ivory Blue, Alpha Royce, BlvckSmyth & Holstar, and it brings a very successful 2021 for me to a fitting celebratory end.
