Let's not say that Biof (bee-off) is an old timer, but he started beatmaking, sampling and crate diggin' at the end of last century. Way before all these brats :) He did many collabs with many emcee's, took part in many mixtapes, live, radio shows and freestyles. That was some kind of a golden era, when there was no party without a furious freestyle. After taking a break from beatmaking in order to produce other artists with his label, StillMuzik, he comes back to work again, armed with his sampler, jewel samples, always vinyl, found by his brother and partner in the label, Adrien. He finally decides to release his first album, Tour de France. A dusty and vinylistic invitation on a bike, with french music from the 60's, 70's, 80's. You'll find here some classic french voices as obscure sound illustrations. Those sounds have been boosted with EPO, steroids, self blood transfused, 12-bit-plugin-massaged, then spat back with a boom bap sauce/flavour? .
